Worth knowing

The Boomslang is diurnal and usually located on trees and bushes, where its well hidden because of its staining. Unlike with other snakes that mate on the ground the boomslang even mates in trees.
 It is a timid species, and bites generally occur only while attempting to handle, catch or kill the snakes.
